Let’s take a look at each symptom

Brain fog

Brain fog makes it difficult to think clearlyconcentrate and recall important details at the right time. This is hugely frustrating.

Anxiety

Anxiety adds worrisome feelings in your head and all over your body that can make organising and beginning complex tasks and projects feel like a massive hurdle.

Overwhelm

Overwhelm could be described as a feeling of being weighed down and action-paralysis. This can be worsened by having tasks scattered about or in your head.

When combined, these menoshift symptoms can make you feel frazzled

In the midst of my menoshift, I found brain fog, anxiety and overwhelm, coupled with unpredictable changes in energy levels and mood made looking after my tasks more difficult and frustrating. Combine all three symptoms and you too might be feeling frazzled!

Hello, I’m Karen Currier

During the perimenopause stage of my menoshift™ I was running a business with my partner but struggled to keep going due to the many different menoshift symptoms that changed how I felt and what I could do.

I’m now over 10 years post menopause and have some understanding of what you may be experiencing. I recognise that the troublesome trio of brain fog, anxiety and overwhelm can play havoc with your wellbeing and sometimes your belief in yourself to continue to grow thriving businesses.

I hope that by sharing the 7 principles of DOING with you, you’ll be able to make some changes to how you take care of your tasks, to lessen the impact of brain fog, anxiety and overwhelm. And that you’ll be kind to yourself first and develop wonderful businesses to inspire others!
